3.2 Realization of energy savings and the use of waste heat within the non-entrepreneurial sphere

Supported activities:

• reducing energy consumption by enhancing heat-technical properties of buildings (insulation of external envelopes, horizontal and roof structures, replacement or reconstruction of hole fillings)
• application of technologies for the use of waste heat (e.g. recuperation, heat exchangers for the use of waste heat)

• allowance organizations and organizational units of towns and communities
• community clusters
• allowance organizations and organizational units of regions
• regions
• colleges
• state organizational units
• civic associations
• churches and religious companies
• public-benefit organizations
• business companies possessed by 100% of property by communities or other public entities
