3.1 The construction of new facilities and the reconstruction of existing facilities with the aim to increase the use of RES (renewable energy sources) for the heat and electric power generation and combined heat and electric power generation

Supported activities:

• for sub-area 3.1.1 The construction and reconstruction of heat sources that use RES:
  • the construction and reconstruction of central boiler rooms, respectively heat sources that use RES, including distribution networks, service connections  and transfer stations, possibly in combination with the construction of a central fuel production plant including technology
  • the construction and reconstruction of local heat sources that use RES for heating, cooling and heating of warm water
• for sub-area 3.1.2 The construction and reconstruction of electric power sources that use RES:
  • the construction and reconstruction of small hydroelectric power plants
  • the construction of wind power plants
  • the construction of geothermal power plants
• for sub-area 3.1.3 The construction and reconstruction of sources for combined heat and electric power generation that use RES:
  • installation of cogeneration facilities/equipment combusting biogas, landfill and sludge gas, including technology for obtaining and generating biogas, i.e. biogas stations
  • installation of cogeneration facilities/equipment that use biomass (e.g. classic steam cycle, ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle), biomass gasification + gas engine)
  • combined heat and electric power generation from geothermal energy
